Burlington Named Best Mid-Sized City 5 Years Straight
On July 4th MoneySense Magazine released the 14th edition of their Best Places to Live in Canada. For the 5th consecutive year Burlington has been named best mid-sized city to live (defined by a population between 100,000 and 400,000).
In Ontario, Burlington was named 2nd best city to live in, while Oakville placed near the top of the list as well at 4th.
Burlington was noted for low crime, great weather and high wealth and incomes.
The list is a comprehensive, data-driven snapshot of Canadian cities and towns based on Census Metropolitan Areas, Cenus Agglomeration and Census Subdivisions , as defined by Satistics Canada.
